Our experiences shape our values. I’m interested in the intersection of technology with two main domains.
Diversity and Inclusion – I’ve been privileged to live in six countries – Spain, Venezuela, Canada, Greece, France, UK – and successfully built collaborations with customers and colleagues from more than 50 nationalities. Working with such broad spectrum of people has shown me the value of diversity and the challenges of inclusion.
Financial independence – Being an immigrant most of my life has imprinted on me the crucial role that agency and financial autonomy play in fulfilling one’s potential. In my travels, I’ve consistently observed that, compared to men, women have less of both, a situation that is aggravated for low-income and elderly groups.

Founding member of the Dassault Systèmes EuroNorth Diverse and Inclusion Council. Reporting to the Regional Executive Committee, the Council is responsible for designing and rolling out diversity and inclusion initiatives.
The Ethics and Inclusion Framework© was featured in Issue 5 (Autumn 2019) of the Inclusive Design Toolkit news bulletin from the Cambridge Engineering Design Centre.
