Dr Patricia Gestoso is an award-winning inclusion strategist and seasoned technologist with over two decades of expertise in digital transformation, specialising in computational modelling of materials and drugs, artificial intelligence, and client services.

She was also nominated for the Gender Equality Champion in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in Tech Awards 2023.

Her relevant qualifications include a BSc and MSc in Chemical Engineering, a PhD in computational chemistry, accreditation in the C-Level Program by European Women on Boards, and a Diploma in Corporate Governance. Furthermore, she serves as a reviewer for the “AI and Ethics” journal and as an expert for the EU Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellowships and the Pathfinder program.

Patricia writes and keynotes on diversity and inclusion strategy, women in tech, ethical and inclusive design, and sustainable artificial intelligence.
